Waldorf Luxury Vinyl Plank Company is a Waldorf based flooring company with its own store and showroom, serving Charles County and the Southern Maryland communities around it. We are licensed and bonded in Maryland, Virginia, and DC, we work in Maryland under Maryland Home Improvement Commission license 155221, and we are veteran friendly. We are also a national federal government dealer. Every project runs under one written quote with the product, the prep, and the price agreed before installation day.
Our position is simple: the right floor is the one that survives the household. Across St. Charles, Pinefield, and the older subdivisions we see the same story: carpet worn out by dogs and kids, laminate swelling in Potomac basin humidity, and subfloors that dip where Charles County clay shifts with the seasons. We measure free in the home, bring full-size samples of the COREtec, LifeProof, Shaw, and Mohawk lines we carry, level what needs leveling, and install with our own crews, so the floor you picked is the floor you get.
Every project starts with a free in-home measurement, or a visit to the store, where we look at the rooms, the existing floors, and the subfloor, and help you pick a product and a wear layer honestly: 12 mil for quiet rooms, 20 mil for most family spaces, and 22 mil for commercial work and busy pet households. We quote the whole job in writing: product, removal, prep, transitions, and installation. On install day our own crews prep and level the subfloor and lay the floor click lock or glue down, as the product and the room call for. We finish with a walkthrough together, and we do not leave until you love the floor.
